To support this commitment, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all our products from the date of purchase.
**Warranty Coverage**
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, Access Hatch Store will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
**What This Warranty Does Not Cover**
This warranty does not cover any problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. It also does not cover product failures due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or modifications.
**How to Claim Your Warranty**
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Please follow these steps to claim your warranty:
